Perfection Served Up In The Sunroom
I had lunch with family the other week – nothing new there but this was at someone else’s house and I have to say, it was very agreeable indeed. The house was conventional in appearance, very tidy with most attractive sweeping borders sourrounding their parking area. The back garden is just as stunning – with an exhibition quality japanese acer at every turn. Well the attractions start from their kitchen door – it leads through to the old dining room which in turn forms part of a wonderful conservatory/sun room. This is quite large and they can seat 10 to eat comfortably as well as holding a three seater sofa. It goes to show how good planning with a professional team can provide fantastic additional space that’s useable all year round. They had a special finish on the roof so it doesn’t cook them in hot weather but also, the rain doesnt remain and stain. The side windows have shades for the extreme heat and it is perfect for garden viewing whilst lunching – perfection!
